RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

WARRANTY CLAIMS: CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT.

For a warranty to be claimed, you must agree to return the item, at your own expense, to us in Australia if you reside in Australia, or to the factory-direct address if you do not reside in Australia.

For a warranty to be claimed. The product will be tested, by Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical, for any manufacturer faults that may have occurred within the product's warranty period. All and any warranty claims are limited to manufacturer faults not outside normal operating environments.

Warranties are only valid if you can produce an invoice of purchase for the product that you want to put a claim in for within the warranty period for that product.

Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical will accept returns within 7 days if you want to swap them for another product due to a mistake you made when you purchased the product.

Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical will accept returns within 7 days and give you a refund excluding freight costs, handling costs, and re-stocking fees, of a minimum of at least but not limited to AUD$30.00 if the packaging and contents are not damaged and if the product/s have not been used.

Any damage incurred during shipping may be not covered in any of our warranties, this may be the responsibility of the buyer and the shipping agent. The buyer must check all goods for damage that may be incurred in transit and contact the freight company to report it immediately.

Before buying any products from this website, or from Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical via this website, you must agree to this warranty claim conditions of purchase.

All fitting of any products purchased from this website, or from Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical via this website, must be done by a qualified automotive electrician. Any damage caused by incorrect fitting of a product purchased from Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical is the sole responsibility of the buyer and the fitter.

Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical does not guarantee that any product you buy from us will be suitable for all OEM, (original equipment manufacturer), applications. Products sold by Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical are an "aftermarket" product and may not be suitable for all OEM applications. Before buying any product from Pro Vision Lighting & Electrical, you the buyer, agree to take full responsibility for the product you purchase in terms of the risk associated with buying and fitting an aftermarket product that may not be suitable for all OEM applications.

All international purchases outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes in your country. Import duty or taxes in your country of import is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Packaging is generally in plain packaging. If you require a gift box or customised gift box for display purposes additional charges may apply.
