HID Headlight Bulb Conversion Kit Upgrades

HID Kits.

HID Conversion Kits are for replacing halogen bulbs with HID Bulbs and Ballasts to increase the light output of your headlights for as low as 3x the brightness of standard halogen bulbs and up to 7x the brightness, depending on what power rating you buy.
Bulbs and ballasts in HID's convert the power of a 12v or 24v system to a high intensity discharge of around 23000 Volts.
There are different power ratings and colour temperatures for bulbs and ballasts, from 35w, right up to 100w, and colour temperatures range from 3000k to 30,000k. The best colour temperatures for seeing at night are between 4000k-6500k, ( Warm White to Cool White).

Features & Attributes of the Pro Vision HID Kits.

The main bulb types available are H1, H3, H4 H/L, H7, H9, H11, H13 H/L, H15, H16, HB1 9004, HB2 9003 (H4 H/L), HB4 9006, HB5 9007 H/L, 9012, 5202, 880 and 881 series.
Driving Lights and Spot Lights can also be upgraded by checking the bulb type and ordering the corresponding HID Kit.
Extras are available such as Can-Bus decoders, (for lights that come on automatically), headlight adapters, cable extenders for bulbs and ballasts, wiring diagrams, and other accessories and information.

Generally speaking, 35w HID's are bright enough for low beams, and you would not need any brighter than this. For high beam and driving lights you can choose a brighter system if you desire.
Ballasts carry a 3yr warranty in the standard slim or a 5yr warranty for the Pro Fast Start and Can-Bus Ballasts. All the bulbs throughout the range are UV Cut Quartz so that they will not damage lenses and burn reflectors.
HID's are fairly easy to fit but we always recommend a professional auto electrician to fit them, and we cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for road use as each state and territory has different laws, (generally for low beams).
