LED Headlamps for cars, trucks, and motorcycles are now easier than ever to fit. Generally, they are suitable as an easy replacement for all of the semi-sealed, and sealed beam type halogen lights. All our LED Headlights have the DOT, SAE, and EMark on them which the inspectors look for when going through a roadworthy certificate. The benefits of swapping out older halogen lights to the Pro Vision Lighting LED Headlight is that they give you more light and better cut-off points. This means you getter a better visual area for safer driving at night.

Each headlight we choose has to adhere to our strict criteria for optics, and electrical engineering standards. This includes EMC, (Electro Magnetic Compatibility), to eliminate radio frequency noise and Can-Bus compatible, (Controller Area Network, Error Free, Warning Light Cancellation. All our lights are either ADR Compliant (Symmetrical) or ADR Approved (Asymmetrical RHD for Australian roads.

We have a range of lights available that are suitable to replace most generic sealed beam and semi-sealed beam headlamps on cars, trucks, and motorcycles. 5 3/4 Inch Round, 7 Inch Round, 4x6 Inch Rectangular, 5x7 Inch Rectangular. The best idea is to check the dimension parameters of your lights housing, (bucket), to make sure the light will fit. 12v and 24v LED Headlamps for a wide range of Vehicles.

Most of the Lamps are 9-32v compatible, suitable for 12v or 24v vehicles, simply ask your auto electrician what voltage your vehicle is (12v or 24v) and check the voltage range on the specifications detail on each of our lights you are looking at to make sure it is compatible.

USA Made CREE Leds and Philips Led's and an Extended Warranty.

We use USA-made CREE LED's and European Philips led's in our vehicle headlamps. The main reason is that we give our lights a 5yr limited warranty, (limited means under normal circumstances for manufacturing faults only, not covered if you have an accident), and using high grade led's means that the intensity of the light does not fade significantly over a short period of time and that they are able to handle the heat. The thermal management in our lights is second to none and will give you 1000's of hours of use, stability, and satisfaction is guaranteed.

Environmental Protection and Durability.

All of our products have either PMMA Lenses or Polycarbonate lenses which makes them virtually unbreakable. They are all rated at IP67 at the least and have military-style breathers for the harshest environments.

Fitting LED Headlight Tips.

Most vehicles are actively switched, but in a few cases, some electrical systems are negatively switched (like some old Toyota Land Cruisers and Hilux). This means when they are fitted, you may need polarity converters and/or load resistors. If you are not sure, contact your local auto electrician for him to check.
